Prepare the Package
Carefully place the item in its original dust bag and protective box to ensure it remains pristine during transit.
Label and Ship
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to the exterior of your parcel, and drop it off at an authorized collection point.
Quality Inspection and Refund
Once our artisans verify the item's condition at our workshop, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
